1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Eco Cleaning Consulting (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) to its clients (hereinafter referred to as “Client”). By using the Company’s services, the Client agrees to these terms.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides professional eco-friendly cleaning consulting services. All services will be performed in accordance with industry standards, using environmentally sustainable products and methods.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the scope of the work and any special requirements. The Client must ensure access to the premises at agreed-upon times and take reasonable steps to prepare the premises for service.
4. Fees and Payment
The fee for services will be specified in the quotation provided to the Client before services commence. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
6. Liability
The Company is committed to delivering high-quality services but is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of eco-friendly products or pre-existing damage to the property. The Client must inform the Company of any concerns prior to the service.
7. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details to third parties without the Client’s consent, except where required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved under Italian jurisdiction.
